Include in LLWR Generation Option

The functionality of the Include in LLWR Generation option on the Enrolment Details screen is controlled by the Cascade Del to Reg Unit LLWR institution setting.

If the Cascade Del to Reg Unit LLWR institution setting is set to Y and the Delete Flag is set to Y for a learning programme, learning activity, award, or HE record, the Include in LLWR Generation option for the associated enrolment is updated to N.

This means you can generate LLWR records and delete them, without the records being regenerated unintentionally in the future.

After deletion, if the LLWR record is returned to DfES, it is included in the deletion record count on the LLWR Processing screen and in the deletion file.

Note: If the LLWR record is not returned to DfES, the record is deleted (if requested) and is not included in the deletion record count on the LLWR Processing screen or in the deletion file.
